Dr. Monisha Madanmohan is a board-certified Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeon with over a decade of experience in performing complex adult and pediatric heart surgeries. Having trained at renowned institutions like the Narayana Group of Hospitals and BMC Hospital, Mumbai, she brings exceptional surgical precision, patient-focused care, and a deep commitment to clinical excellence.

Currently serving as a Consultant at Aashiyana Clinic in BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Dr. Monisha specializes in adult open-heart surgeries, pediatric cardiac procedures for congenital heart diseases, and minimally invasive interventions. She has assisted and independently performed more than 500 successful cardiac surgeries, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repairs, and emergency interventions.

Dr. Monisha is known for her compassionate approach, calm demeanor, and clear communication that fosters strong doctor-patient trust. Her multidisciplinary teamwork, strong leadership in critical care environments, and dedication to mentorship reflect her holistic approach to healing hearts — both literally and emotionally.

A passionate academic and lifelong learner, she has spoken at national conferences such as IACTS and continues to contribute to clinical research. Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, and Spanish (elementary), she effortlessly connects with patients from diverse backgrounds.
